Positive: The fact that the excursions were lart of the package. Also the food was excellent and the property itself was very well maintained. We also felt very safe and well cared for.

Negative: Wish we had AC.

Positive: This place is amazing. The cabanas are right in the jungle and you can feel (and see!) the wild life all around you. Really nicely appointed and comfortable. The excursions are great. The staff (particularly waiters and tour guides are brilliant). Jorge was our waiter, and I especially want to say Romario was our guide and he was absolutely brilliant. Our whole group felt really lucky to have him. We saw lots of wildlife, learnt a lot and almost all of the animals we were hoping for.

Negative: Only two things really: - The reception staff don’t feel so well coordinated with everyone else and so it feels confusing, rushed or you can’t get information (like the time of your transport home so you can plan excursions) - The food is nice, but I think we all felt there was room for improvement
