Positive: Spacious apartment style accommodations. Extremely clean, with absolutely wonderful towels provided.

Negative: We had no trouble at all - but it is a loft at the top of a staircase - could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Positive: This is a delightful loft apt over a garage that is super well equipped in kitchen. Has a hot plate and various other small appliances that enable you to cook what you wish. There are lots of “extras” supplied like Saran Wrap, tin foil, cooking oil, ketchup etc. Full sized fridge. Heated and cooled by a heat exchanger we were plenty cozy. We were there for 3 days skiing at Smokey. Hill is approximately 15-18 mins away and a very picturesque drive. It is advertised as 1 bedroom but that bedroom is divided into 2 distinct separate spaces with 2 beds that are very comfortable. Living room furniture is very comfy. Host Noelle and her husband are welcoming hosts. The place was spotless. Noelle has many nice touches decorating. I loved all her positive messages on walls. You park right in front of your door and there is a long foyer as you enter and then go up the steep steps (we had no problem navigating them and we are 68 & 69). Super quiet apt. Beautiful view of the ocean from bedroom window. Bathroom is huge and modern walk in shower. Luxurious and plentiful towels provided. Bathroom has electric heat. Hairdryer provided.

Negative: The only thing we did not like was the high table to eat at, but that is just us. There is nothing wrong with it.

Summary: We loved our stay in this well equipped and comfortable loft apartment over the garage. It was perfect fo a 4 night stay

Positive: Close to hiking trails both north and south. Host very responsive. Appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate provided. Very private.

Negative: Kitchen set up awkward but it worked. No stove top just hot plate but air fryer and microwave provided worked well. Beds too soft for us.
