Here is your opportunity to experience a remote getaway just minutes away from downtown Billings. This beautiful, vintage-industrial themed house has features that include a 21 foot high ceiling in the living room, a gas fireplace, a loft master bedroom and a second bedroom, large bathrooms on both levels and a private deck. If this isn't enough, the views and remote space that you will get to experience will be enough to take your breath away!
The Industrial Loft at Old Pine Retreats is a newly built house (2023) that is located in the Lockwood area just minutes outside of Billings! This house is located 15 minutes from MetraPark Arena, 20 minutes from both hospitals and downtown Billings, as well as 25 minutes to the Zoo and Shiloh Crossing on the West end. The best part is that you will feel like you are in the middle of a remote country. The 60 acres of privately owned land are truly stunning and offer you an opportunity for a remote getaway that is not far away from the city. Guests are welcome to hike around the land or simply stay in the secluded home.
This house is one of three that make up Old Pine Retreats. Each house is approximately 100 feet apart from each other. However, guests will hardly see the neighboring houses as the trees and design of each house is such that guests will have your own private space.
The house itself is a beautifully designed 1100+ square foot space that was created for the purpose of guests to enjoy all that nature has to offer! There is a ton of space packed into this small home. The 21 foot ceilings and the loft make this house feel large. There are two bedrooms, one of which is located in the loft. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with showers in each that are heavenly. If this isn't enough, there is a private deck and an indoor gas fireplace to enjoy!
Guests can read any of the books on-sight, catch a movie on the smart TV, or simply enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the land. This truly is a place where you can find rest and soul care.
The last 2 miles of road to the house is a dirt road. The road is steep and can get muddy in spots. We recommend vehicles with all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive capabilities. During the winter months, 4 wheel drive will be essential. Due to limited parking spots, vehicles with trailers are not allowed.
Guests have the entire Industrial Loft house, the deck and designated parking spaces to themselves. Due to the limited parking lot space, vehicles with trailers will not be allowed.
The house is located on 60 acres of land in Emerald Hills. The landscape has rolling hills, trees, ravines, cliffs and wildlife. Outside of the 3 houses which make up Old Pine Retreats, the nearest neighbor is half a mile away.

Summary: This was exactly what we needed! Our 3-day weekend, mini-vacation in Billings was made even better by this great place just outside of town. It's just far enough out to be away from the noises of town, tucked away, with a great view from the deck. It was clean, modern, and cozy. If you’re heading to Billings, this spot is worth every penny!

Summary: I felt right at home as soon as I opened the door. It was open and airy! The decor was fun and the furniture was very comfortable. I slept in the downstairs bedroom and the bed was amazing. If I ever find myself in the Billings area again this would be the first place I’d check for availability.

Summary: We absolutely loved this place. Doesn’t feel like a tiny house at all! So adorable. Bathrooms were like a spa. Beds were so comfortable. Beautiful views! Host was amazing with questions if we had any as well as directions to the place were spot on! We will be staying here again!
