Summary: The place I paid for was accidentally given to someone else

Summary: It was mediocre. We were not able to sleep well because of the nearby trains running and blaring their horns all through the night. The bedding was cheap and thread bare. Need new quality sheets and comforters as well as decent pillows for guests.

Summary: We were staying when it was extremely hot outside so when we asked if we could bring a portable air conditioner to help with the heat, the host was gracious enough to let us. It made our sleeping so much better. The beds were comfortable, which was also very nice. There is no dishwasher, which is fine but there also was no dish drain and the kitchen towels are not the best for drying dishes. So, I would suggest you get a dish drain. Although the reviews I read mentioned the train I did not realize that the train is literally next door. The whistle several times during the night did not allow us to sleep uninterruptedly and perhaps because the windows were open for ventilation it seemed like it was in the apartment. I mean it will make for good stories of our weekend, but I would not want to repeat. Perhaps it is not so bad if it is chillier and the windows are closed.
