Summary: This was the best lodging I've ever had in Chicago. Not sure I'd stay on Michigan Ave or in the Loop after this. A heartfelt thanks to the owners who trust the guests with such amenities.

Summary: The whole facility including the room was very clean,The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.The breakfast both days was very tasty,nutritious,and fully satisfying.I received no email with my access code to the property and the room,I followed another guest into the property and she knew how to contact the owners.After talking to them I got the code and everything was just fine.I enjoyed unlimited access to the kitchen and all the foods that were provided.Nice location-safe neighborhood-easy to get to attractions.Transport readily available.

Summary: A fantastic stay yet again. I have stayed here the last few years while attending a conference. All the staff were great and amazing selection of food for breakfast and for late night snacks. I will be back again next year

Summary: Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian.
