Positive: Good pool, quiet location, nice rooms, right on the beach. Friendly staff. Good lunch menu. Staff put on a free drink and some singing for being Booking.Com guests.

Negative: Breakfast a bit underwhelming, and a set menu for dinner a bit limited especially for fussy kids. That said, they did provide pizzas for kids on last night when requested. Not the easiest place to get taxis to/from. Hotel will arrange a return trip to Paje for $20USD……its about $4USD each way of you grab a taxi off the street.

Summary: Nice place, good for a few days, probably not a whole week. Not much to do for kids.

Positive: I really can’t speak more highly of this property! It is BEAUTIFUL! The rooms are spacious, the pools are stunning, breakfast is delicious & the staff are super attentive and friendly. The location is right on the beach so you have the chance to see some pretty sunrises. The dinner menu changes every night and the food is to die for! I reccommend they a beach chair at the beach side as there is a really nice breeze.

Positive: A very beautiful place, especially the rooms on the beachfront. The staff was excellent. I recommend!!

Negative: Power! Zanzibar as whole experiences power cuts. The hotel should consider a more reliable alternative power source! For continued power supply rather than the timed generator!

Positive: It is a lovely property with friendly staff. It has tasty food and a beautiful layout. It felt like a private paradise tucked away, yet it was not far from Paje's downtown area.

Negative: WiFi was terrible. I could not stream any movies and downloading took hours. No AC in the room but they provided a fan that made sleeping comfortable.

Positive: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice sea-facing villas.

Negative: Location. Far from any restaurants or sight seeing. Food variety was limited Beach was hard to swim in because of seaweed and there was lots of household garbage all along the beach. No A.C., had to request fan. fridge was not working.
