Negative: I less like the all inclusive dinner. Not much choice and it was missing taste (salt, spice etc) but its really nice that its included!

Positive: The location was a bit away from the jetty, but very close to the airport and to Anse Georgette. The surroundings offered a few mini markets and other facilities, a bit poor but we were in a little island. Breakfast was very rich and good quality. Dinner was every other day on buffet and every other day served at table. Good quality, excellent presentation of dishes. Service was accurate and effective. The reception was very collaborative and helped in some of our requests. Appreciated air con, the fan and the mosquito shade in the room. The beach was very nice, as well the pools.

Negative: Bizarre that an hotel of this level does not offer an hair dryer in the room, so you need to call reception whenever you need. Strange. Coffee pods were given for free only the first day, then you need to buy them from the bar: why not replacing them as you do for drinking water?

Positive: Best looking hotel in Praslin for sure (it was renovated lately). Very quiet and calm. Spacious and modern rooms, located just a few steps from the beach. Awesome pool and beach. Service at the restaurant was great.

Negative: - The food was fine but not as good as we expected. They try to serve fancy dishes, but in fact they overcomplicate stuff and forget about the basics. E.g. some dishes were overcooked. - The service could be better. For example, they had some issue with breakfast in one of the days. The kitchen employees were late, so they started serving breakfast just a few minutes before we leave for a daily trip. I would expect some special treatment for such a failure.

Negative: The staff were not very nice people. We requested for our rooms to be changed, they said they’re fully booked even though they weren’t. Our kettle wasn’t working, water in the rooms is not changed and WiFi wasn’t working most of the time.

Positive: We were really happy about the very friendly and helpful staff. All our extra wishes and dietary requests regarding food were not an issue at all. Hotel had recently been renovated and everything looked really nice. We especially appreciated that they organized a small informal wedding ceremony at the beach for us during sunset with no extra cost! The manager himself was present to take pictures and a short video which he then sent to us. Great service.

Negative: Every now and then they got our orders a bit wrong. was no big deal though and they were always happy to correct it.

Positive: Good location on the Grand Anse, parking place included, the room we recieved was wonderful and very confortable. It has a balcony with view to the ocean but in the shades of the palm treas, equiped with own bed & chairs, it is a good spot to drink a coffee/tee which is free available in the room. Bed is big and confortable. Storage options are sufficent & for the values there is a safe. Air conditioning works fine. Tv wifi ok. There is a small fridge (minibar, but it was without bevrages) you can store & cool you own drinks, water etc. you bought. Today the hotel has 3 stars, but they explained they are planning to upgrade to 4 in the next monthes. We tried the breakfast, lunch & diner as well. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonoble compared to other restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly they are always ready to help & support in anything you need.

Negative: Everything was fine.
