Positive: The AK25 house was perfect. Loved the secluded location. The house is so cozy and furnished beautifully. Totally enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking morning coffee and seeing the water and snow-capped mountains. Seeing the peacock each morning was amazing. The Indian Valley store was a highlight of our visit. Really cool store with great prices and neat items. Just a wonderful vacation rental that we truly enjoyed..and miss!! .

Positive: The cabin is very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The owner pays attention to little details like having a phone charger next to the beds, lotion in bathrooms, little things like that. Cabin is spacious and well equipped for a long stay. Decorations around the place gives the cabin some Alaskan charm and it’s cool to see up close. Quick drives to Anchorage or Girdwood with many good places to eat. The meat shop next door has jerky and ice cream!

Negative: There was some equipment malfunction during our stay. We didn’t have hot water for two days or heat for one day when it was -4° outside. Owner was responsive and fixed it as quickly as possible. The only Alaskan experience I wish I didn’t have was trying to shower in ice cold water after a full day of outdoor activities.

Positive: EVERYTHING about this cabin is AmAzing! The beds are comfortable and there are 2 hot tubs. They look small in the pictures but they're not. The woodwork inside this place is absolutely beautiful! There are great little things about this home that stand out at ya but not all at once. Every time I walked in I noticed something new and beautiful! It's my FAVORITE place to stay so far and I've been in Alaska for over a year and a half working. Visiting many areas and renting many beautiful homes. This one I wish I never had to leave!

Positive: This place is really awesome. Quiet, comfortable, close to beautiful views. The taxidermy was kid of trippy, but we actually liked our stay a lot. Highly recommended!

Negative: We were traveling throughout some remote regions before getting to the property and our email was delayed, so we didn't actually know we have the code to get into the dropbox until early evening when our email updated. Without that email, there was no way we could see of contacting a physical person to access the property.
