Positive: Single garage has been converted into a warm and private room with twin beds, fully functional kitchen, tea and coffee makings provided, inc. milk, compact ensuite, all clean and coordinated. Check-in as advised worked well. Quiet cul-de-sac setting.

Negative: Lack of on-site parking space (owner's car and other belongings blocked the driveway) was disappointing, as had been a key amenity in choosing this room. Had to park on the street, around the corner, out of sight. Creaky beds - missing slats and past repairs were evident - but we were nonetheless comfortable.

Summary: Compact twin bedroom + ensuite = good value for money - better if on-site parking provided.
