The Villa is located in the heart of Umbria, just a few kilometres from the region's main cities of art. It stands on the gentle hills overlooking Assisi, Spello and Perugia, in the middle of an olive grove carefully and respectfully maintained by the owner. In the large garden there is also a swimming pool (open from the beginning of May to the end of September; it measures 9 m x 5 m with a water height of 1.2 m). This house is particularly suitable for those who like to isolate themselves in total privacy without giving up the incomparable view. In fact, from the house it is possible to see some of Umbria's beautiful historic centres, starting with Bettona, a small medieval town (of Etruscan origin) that can easily be reached on foot. Of particular note is the central position with respect to the region's cities of art, all of which can be reached by car in between 10 and 45 minutes.
The Villa consists of 3 completely independent portions, 2 for rent (the Large Apartment and the Attic-Mansard) and 1 for use by the owners. Summary: We booked about one year ahead of our stay. The interaction we had with our host was greatly appreciated and upon arrival we were in awe as it was more than we expected. The views, pool, all bedrooms and bathrooms were what was expected. The table at the entry way superseded anything that we expected or encountered. Different languages, suggestions for short trips, day trips, history, choices of venues, restaurants and answers to any question. Renato was very helpful in sending us directions to the Villa and he even sprayed our cars to remove dust and dirt prior to our departure.In every way

Summary: We had a great holiday in Bettona. The house was beautiful and big, with a lot of space and a splendid view. It was a bit higher in the hills what made it very peacefull and at eace. The owner was very friendly and had everything worked out well for our stay. It was terrific!

Summary: We enjoyed this wonderful house with the amazing view a lot. The owner is warm, friendly and hospitable and made sure we had a great visit. Gave us tips and help when needed or spontaneous. The swimming pool and balcony are really fantastic. So, hope you enjoy it as well. (PS the last 100 metres the road is a bit stony, so just drive slow ;-))
