Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home that had everything we needed. My family stayed the week of Thanksgiving and cooked a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Kitchen was fully stocked. Modern appliances and had 2 refrigerators. Cooked out a couple of nights and grill was excellent. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of towels. It was a very short walk to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach we were at the pool which was wonderful. Dealing with Paradise Beach Homes is so easy to deal with. Will definitely rent this house again.

Reviewer Comments: We rented this home for our wedding weekend, in which my immediate family and our bridal party stayed for the weekend. We hosted our reception here in the outdoor area after the gulf-side ceremony. It was perfect! The house was beautiful, spacious, and suited our needs to a T. Paradise Beach Homes was pleasant to work with, and even gifted us a couple of keepsakes for our wedding upon check-in. My only complaint is that the management told me that the $1,000 event fee would be voided if we had less than 30 guests attend our event. This policy suddenly changed when we did in fact host less than 30 guests, and the event fee would not be refunded as originally stated (I saved the emails that told me this). My advice is to make sure your guest count is absolutely finalized before submitting the event fee payment. Other than this, it was a wonderful experience.

We did advise the property management that one pool light was not working. It was supposed to be repaired, but it wasn’t fixed prior to our departure.

The microwave went out mid-week and they came right out and brought another one after I notified them.

Though the weather was suspect, PCB had plenty to do, and the house was a perfect home base for us to spend time together on the deck, around the pool, and in the yard. It was an excellent place for us to call home for several days.
