Positive: The hotel is very well located, just a few metres away from Piódão. There's parking outside and the facilities are great: the bedrooms are quite spacious, warm and the swimming plus is a bonus! The breakfast was also quite varied and fresh.

Negative: The check-in time is too late in the day, especially if you want to go for a swim. Also, the food alternatives in the bar weren't great, so your options were limited.

Positive: Location near Piodao. Note the mountain roads wind a lot. The person serving us for evening meal was very helpful and friendly.

Negative: Food was ok but could be better. Difficult probably after the fires and then a lack of visitors. Evening meal was a buffet... Some parts of this were very good. Breakfast choices were very limited

Positive: The hotel is in a great location, close to Piódão and with a nice view of the city.

Negative: Worst part for me was a music event they had at the hotel bar (that is in the lobby). Although it ended at 23h, the music was super loud and it lasted for hours. It was very disrespectful with the guests that wanted/needed to rest. Besides that, the building is a little bit old and needs some maintenance. The wifi was not working at all. And our room was not cleaned, even though we asked for it. Also take care with the “mountain view” - for some rooms that’s the parking lot.
