Positive: Authentic Japanese house with a very accommodating host. She made sure we were comfortable (welcomed us from the road, and made us fresh herbal tea from her garden, among other things). Our conversation was also very pleasant.

Negative: No complaints. It fit well into our plans and preferences.

Summary: It may be a little remote but our stay there will be very memorable!

Positive: The house is a traditional Japanese house, very well kept- clean, comfortable and very peaceful. The views are great and the host, Fujiko, is amazing! Very helpful, friendly and warm. We had an amazing time and will recommend our friends to visit Inashiki nest.

Positive: it's a really lovely farmstay surrounded by picturesque ricefields. The host, Fujiku san is super friendly. I travelled with my bicycle so can't say much about public transport access in the area. but there is a restaurant and two small shops in walking distance. As well as a local temple with a super nice sweets shop. Can very much recommend :-)

Positive: Inashiki Nest was the perfect rural retreat. It is an old, wooden traditional Japanese house. We had a peaceful night surrounded by the sound of crickets and smell of rain. Fujiko san, our host, was so kind and shared some of her fresh garden vegetables with us. Not to mention, after a long day of bike riding, the fresh-herb tea was heavenly! The house was clean and well kept. I was also impressed with the size of our room. I recommend this accomodation to anyone who is looking for a homely, calming rest from the city. I wish we could have stayed for longer!

Summary: A rural Japanese experience unlike any other in Ibaraki!
