Ideally placed, this apartment is located 100m from the beach and 100m from the entertainment. Located on the outside of the Héliopolis building, you will be safe from noise pollution while being 2 minutes from the entertainment.
This apartment also offers a very large terrace (rare) which will allow you to enjoy pleasant moments outside while maintaining the comfort of your "home".
