Positive: House was very clean. Ice maker did not work. Family members were awakened by a loud banging at 4 AM.

Negative: Would have liked to have been closer to the city but the drive in and out was not horrible.

Negative: The location was not the greatest. We we're told there were Toiletries and linens, but that was deceiving. There were only towels, no wash cloths, and there were no shampoos or soaps. I was told there was no coffee pot so I brought one only to find out there was a coffee pot.

Positive: The house itself was big, clean, and cozy. The drain stopper in the bathroom wasn't working, but the staff provided several options the next day and resolved the issue.

Negative: During our stay, there was road construction, and it was noisy. Also, this house is a duplex, and we could hear the neighbors on the second floor, especially at night.

Summary: The house inside is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and match the photos. We were happy to find a washer and dryer
