Positive: Service was fantastic! The ranger, Ryan, was awesome – so knowledgeable and we really enjoyed spending time with him. The lodge itself with the animals walking around was a nice surprise too. We definitely had a great time! The room and facilities were also excellent. Nothing to complain about.
Negative: I requested lactose free option and it wasn't always available during breakfast/lunch.
Summary: Unforgettable stay in Madikwe

Positive: Excellent service from everyone, including game drivers, hospitality, reception, spotters- everyone could not have been nicer and more welcoming. Amazing game drives, each day a different part of the park. Room was massive, lovely turn down service, nothing was too much to ask. There is literally nothing to dislike about Impodimo.

Positive: Very convinient and cosy suites, friendly staff, interesting game drives twice a day, we saw lots of wild animals - lions, rhinos, hienas, zebras, giraffes, elephants and many more! Food at the lodge was just exceptional!
Negative: Lots of insects which probably is unavoidable at a game reserve.

Positive: The lodge was classic style and very comfortable. Our villa 3 overlooked the waterhole with animals around daily. The game drives were great both morning and afternoon with plenty of wildlife to ne seen. Our guide Ryan and tracker Wilfred had lots of knowledge about everything. Food was good and lots of it. If you have any mobility issues ask for villa 3. Stay was excellent.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The whole set up is brilliant, the rooms and main lodge, the staff, their service, the guide and tracker on the game drives, are just amazing, I couldn't fault anything and would go back without hesitation, my wife and I absolutely loved the whole experience.
Negative: Not Applicable

Positive: Impodimo Game Lodge was perfect! We did the all-inclusive option. Everything was streamlined. The cottage was beautiful and had all the amenities. Cottage 4 was right next to a path where elephants walked frequently! All of the staff were lovely. On the game drives we were made as comfortable as possible with blankets and water. Impodimo has both a ranger and a tracker per vehicle, which provided a unique experience. Each game drive also had a stop for a beverage and a little snack.
Negative: I would recommend requiring less meals with the rangers. There was plenty of time during the game drive break to ask questions to the ranger or tracker.
Summary: Felt like the queen of Madikwe.
