Positive: Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. However, I’d like to suggest improving the lift access card arrangement. Since we stayed as two guests, having only one access card was quite inconvenient. We often went out and returned at different times, so if one person had the card and came back earlier, they would need to go down again—sometimes late at night—to let the other person up. It would be much more convenient if two access cards could be provided for rooms with multiple guests.

Positive: The room is quite spacious with one queen size and one single bed. Two bathrooms.

Negative: It is quite troublesome to locate the key. The mailbox is located at the other Building which is at the next block. We need to kneel down to key in the pin code to get the key. Got lost during the first attempt to search for the mailbox and we have to go back to the other building and asked the reception which is the block and how to enter. It is quite tiring after a long trip and once we arrive, we need to do treasure hunt, that is, looking for the key. On top of that, I burnt my left arm at the shower diverter. Please check. It is so damn hot. Still got the scar until today. Television is not functioning.

Positive: Well, everything is good and comfortable, i got lost at first but the staff is friendly and helpful

Negative: The parking rate is a bit high but still good, i hope the staff will give better instructions, after reaching the destination, you'll see a roundabouts, turn left and you'll see tower E and Tower D, that's the unit you'll be residing
