Summary: Central location , rooms are OK . Got a drink I the hotel bar and was ignored by bar staff that served others ahead of me . Bar was very quiet - 3 people behind the bar. 17 euro for 1 pint and glass of Prosecco. Wouldn’t be in a hurry back ,

Summary: Room was way too hot, had to have windows open all night but were disturbed by flights, though only three all night. Beds were super comfortable and room was very clean. Great shower. Asked receptionist to book a taxi for us for the morning to the airport, she took details but didn’t book it! Thankfully the morning receptionist was very helpful and managed to get us a taxi within ten minutes.

Summary: We loved our stay at the Imperial Hotel. We arrived early, and the staff went out of their way to assist in getting our room. The breakfast is fantastic. The staff is amazing and professional. Our room was large and comfortable. We will be staying there again.

Summary: Service is very poor for such an expensive hotel. There are plenty of better hotels in Cork to stay in. I wouldnt recommend Imperial.

Summary: Service in the breakfast room was very very slow and having to ask for everything repeatedly... tea, toast, missing items on breakfast. The food is good but service very poor. Impossible to get someone's attention also. Check out is 11am which is very early when breakfast is so slow. I dont know of any other hotel with 11am check out. And they stick to it rigidly, ringing to get you out and turn off cards access at 11am. Rooms are basic and small, bathrooms need a revamp. There isnt even a seat to sit on in the lobby. I wouldnt recommend it as a good experience for the price of the hotel. Plenty of other better places to stay in Cork.
