Positive: The location of this hotel is fantastic, up the hill with a beautiful view over town from the breakfast terrace and upper balconies. The spa area is beautiful as well, and I enjoyed a fantastic massage there at the end of a long day of mountain biking in the area. Breakfast is served as a set, mix of Turkish and Western style. There is a lovely lounge area on a terrace where I enjoyed having a quiet glass of wine at sunset, without the crowds that you can see at some of the terraces around and in the street above. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and perfectly clean with well functioning A/C. Staff spoke good English and were friendly and professional in every way.
Negative: The hotel is in two buildings, separated by a small street. It's good to be aware of it in advance on which side you are booking a room. The original cave suites are on the upper side of the street, but my room was located on the other side of the street. While the room was lovely, this still meant that I did not have a view from my room and chose to use the communal terraces on the other side instead. It also meant that I had to cross the street in order to access the spa. This was inconvenient, especially as the hotel does not provide bathrobes. So after using the sauna and pool, I would have to go out on the street with a towel around me. I would recommend bathrobes for guests staying in the lower part of the hotel, for a more pleasant spa experience.

Positive: The location, the exceptional service. The staff went the extra mile to pack us breakfast to take away as we were leaving before breakfast hours.
Negative: The sauna and pool area could have been quieter.

Positive: Very accommodating staff from arrival. Rooms had reliable AC and modern bathrooms. Pool, spa, massage area, and a large Turkish hammam on-site. Tasty set breakfast each morning. Staff handled our luggage at check-in and check-out despite stairs throughout the property. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and it's a pickup point for major balloon operators.
Negative: Hotel is on a hill, so a bit of an uphill walk to reach it.

Positive: The entire experience in Cappadocia was truly amazing. Omer at front desk was very welcoming and eager to assist with any information we needed. The facilities were clean and spacious. We were given a Cave Room which was a unique experience and worth the price. The location is close to the main town area so everything is close by. The staff and the gentleman who assist by the car park, luggage and around the hotel was very kind and always so helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel!!! Wish our stay was longer.
