Negative: The restaurant manager trying to tell us we need to pay him an extra 8 euros for drinks because we're half board durong food service, yet half board covers the same drinks at the bar upstairs, then after I paid him the money I asked if we need some kind of proof that we can now have drinks in the restaurant he said no u don't need it, just help yourself. There was over 200 people in the restaurant so how does he know who paid him and who hasn't? IT WAS A CLEAR SCAM! Made zero sense and left us with a bad feeling and experience!

Positive: Great location, beautiful clean swimming pool, comfortable beds. The hotel was kept very clean and tidy. There was a great choice of food, and Cesar, the chef, was always friendly and smiling.

Negative: Unfortunately, there were some very loud guests at the hotel who didn't know how to conduct themselves in a civilised manner, kids running around the hotel with no parental control, especially in front of the stage during the shows.

Positive: A fabulous family orientated hotel with wonderful friendly helpful staff. The food was delicious and varied daily with something for everyone. Room was spotless and cleaned regularly. Great location within walking distance of the beach and loads of bars and restaurants. Three pools with plenty of sunbeds.

Negative: Sometimes a bit of a queue at the outdoor bar!
