Summary: All stuff members are very helpful and friendly! Room 6117 have sewage problem, very heavy and unpleasant smell also the wi-fi was only available at the front door, and not inside the studio. Thank you:)

Summary: Public space was almost excellent. We used the buffet service for dinner; the food variety was very good and the food quality good. The suites we rented need renovation. Minor issues identified during our stay were handled but could had been avoided if proper maintenance was performed. We did enjoy the sunsets and the nice beach in front of the hotel and the children did like the pool too.

Summary: Didn’t stay long however I have a couple of comments & suggestions to make. First of all we weren’t given many information upon arrival (for example the operating hours of the facilities). When arrived in the room (no porter service as mentioned online due to COVID-19 restrictions which was ok) we noticed that it wasn’t that clean and by Saying that, I refer to some hair both in the room and the bathroom(even on the wall next to WC). Apart from that the room was ok although needed some maintenace(toilet leaking and need of painting the walls - everywhere in the resort). Finally, the service during breakfast was good as well as the breakfast itself. It was tasty and there was variety. I would say it was a 4* hotel and that’s because of the facilities. Not good value for money.
