Positive: the hotel is is literally 3 min walk to the sea and the owner and his sister ( i think) were very friendly and welcoming. There was parking on site and everything is walking distance. The room was very good size for 3 of us and the balcony was overlooking the mountain ... great place to have your breakfast every morning .

Positive: It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Hot water, air conditioning and fridge. The staff was very friendly and responsive!

Negative: It is a bit difficult to park around the house because there were many tourists, otherwise there is a parking lot.

Positive: The Iliadis House, situated in the heart of Sarti, offers a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries, all within a short stroll from the beautiful beach. During our stay, we opted for the studio room, which, I must admit, was quite compact, including the bathroom. However, despite its size, the room provided all the necessary amenities, good for short stay. The Iliadis House is a family-run establishment, and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure their guests' satisfaction. Overall, despite the compact size of the studio room and the less frequent room cleaning service, the Iliadis House offers a convenient location and a genuine, family-oriented experience.

Negative: One aspect that caught me off guard was the cleaning schedule. Unlike the traditional daily room service found in most Greek accommodations, I discovered that the Iliadis House cleans their rooms every three days. The cleaning staff was smoking cigarettes while doing their job,I think it is not appropriate.
