Summary: We (a couple with a daughter of 2) had a great start of our Italian summer holiday at Marisa's place in Bonvicino. Although we didn't speak the same language, the communication was easy. The apartment is very nice and cosy. Everything is on the same level and connected (no doors, but for us that wasn't a problem) so our daughter specifically enjoyed running around the place. The view from the terrace is quite spectacular and the pool was a real treat!

Summary: We stayed at this semi private appartment for 4 nights. It was lovely, beautiful and serene. The house has everything we wanted and the nature surrounding was astonishing. We made an evening walk every evening in the surrounding forrest. The area has a lot to offer, from the barolo region to the finale ligurie beach, all with in an our reach. Marisa the owner was very friendly en helpfull all the time.

Summary: The accommodation and facilities are just fine without being fancy, the provision of a coffee machine was very well received. The pool and pool area are lovely, and outside in the garden it's very tranquil with amazing views out across the mountains towards Dogliani, the nearest town of any size.

Summary: We stayed in this house in August 2014 with our 3 sons aged 1 to 8 years for nearly 2 weeks. The accommodation was lovely and the hosts very hospitable. They couldn't have given us a more polite welcome and stay. It's a peaceful spot with pretty walks around the hazelnut and peach groves that supply Nutella. The nearest pizzeria is a 5 minute drive and was simple but excellent. We enjoyed (recommended by Marisa and Fulvia) a splendid tasting menu at a special country restaurant nearby whilst the boys mid course climbed hazelnut trees. Nearby outings were very accessible, Barolo and the surrounds being a highlight of these. Marisa keeps very quiet about how very talented she is at massages and these are not to be missed. If you feel the need for a quiet retreat with no other guests to share the pool with, this could be the place for you. Us, we've worked as Italian tourism specialists for the last 17 years and it certainly was a pleasure to stay here. Thank you both for your warm hospitality. Julie and Ian

Summary: This is really a very nice spot in italy. the people are very nice and the food is perfect. everything is very clean and nice. also a good spot for kids but the house is not surrounded with other houses or people so the kids need their own toys or friends. nearest city is 15 minutes drive.
