Positive: Very clean and new appartment. The bathroom is very nice, the beds are very good. Very quiet, we slept very good. Hosts are very friendly. The view is nice.

Negative: We only stayed one night, for us this was perfect. Perfect for short stay. There is no private outside area.

Summary: Beautiful and perfect location for short stay or if you want to visit nearby cities.

Positive: We really enjoyed our seven-night stay in this beautiful place. The family is absolutely hospitable and helpful (for example, in booking sunbeds on the beach in Viareggio). The breakfast, which you can book in addition, is varied and rich. The rooms are cleaned in any case. It is very clean and nicely decorated. From the terrace you have a great view over the mountains and the city. All in all, top value for money.

Positive: Unfortunately we only spent a night there, but everything was up amazing. The villa is located at the top, in the territory of a large number of olive trees. A stunning view from the window opens from the room. Since it has recently opened, everything inside was new and super clean. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but we had a selection of drinks in the fridge and a few packs of different kinds of cookies. Gretta and her mom were very friendly and hospitable to us. We loved our stay. The hotel is highly recommended!
