Positive: The property is spacious, modern and clean. The owners are so friendly and helpful. They are a really lovely couple! It was also very good value for money at the time we booked, in May 2025.

Negative: The accommodation is of a really high standard, but it didn't feel that homely to us. We like a firm mattress but the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. We were also surprised that the property didn't have a microwave oven.

Summary: The owners are lovely, and the property is great if you have your own transport.

Positive: It is a truly exceptional place in a beautiful countryside, close to Assisi. The owners, Patrizia and her family, are very kind people. After a whole hot day on our feet in Assisi, it was good to cool off in the outdoor swimming pool.

Positive: So many things to like and appreciate: *The location: ideal country side, beautiful, and with a car you're 10 minutes from so many attractions, and restaurants in Assisi, Folignio, Spello, Santa Maria dela Angeli. The place is prettier in life than in the pictures! * The two bedroom apartment with two showers was perfect for a family of 5, clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. *The pool was so refreshing and fun, felt almost private * The hospitality of Patrizia and Francesco, so warm and helpful . Patrizia surprised us 3 times with tasty home made pastries she prepared. * All this at a reasonable price!

Positive: Out in the country a little, it was so quiet and peaceful after many days in city settings. The pool was pristine and very refreshing! The host brought us a delicious peach tart we had for breakfast with the coffee they provided. This is a great stay with views of the surrounding farm. I feel very relaxed to continue our journey.
