Positive: The apartment is very spacious, with a large living room and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom and shower are excellent. It’s located in a quiet area with parking just a few minutes’ walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped (although an oven was listed but not present). The washing machine and dryer were very useful during our stay. The TV is huge - although placed in the living room rather than the bedroom, which is more a personal preference. There’s also a nearby hypermarket, fast food options and food delivery available. For a couple this is a great place to stay. The railway station and autostrada access are close by, making it easy to reach Florence during your stay.

Positive: Nice apartment just few minutes away from the highway and Calenzano entrance. You need definetely the car to move around but the owner it was very kind and helpful. I was not sure about my arrival time but the instruction to get in were perfect

Positive: “Everything was perfect, the apartment itself was beautiful and cozy with a quiet surrounding and a wonderful view. The host was friendly too.We spent the vacation with our dog and the property included a separate cushion and treats for dogs. Overall we had an amazing vacation.”

Positive: I didn’t stay for breakfast as I had travel plans and needed to get into Florence early. Francesco is a very friendly and engaging host. He kindly took me to the train station in his own car and ensured I got on the correct train. Very caring and considerate host. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious.

Negative: Nothing

Summary: Unfortunately I was in transit and couldn’t stay longer. Definitely worth coming back.
