Positive: The apartment is nice and modern equipped (it is from April 2025). Everything is furnished with taste, taking care of the smallest details. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven and dishwasher and full tableware. A tea and coffee are prepared and waiting for guests with a view of the mountains on the balcony. You have 5 minutes to the lake and restaurants. Anna is also a great host who takes care of her guests, provides advice and help if needed. She puts a lot of commitment and heart into managing the apartment, which makes you want to come back.

Negative: The best way to come to Porlezza is by car. There are some buses, but they are quite rare (sometimes you need to wait 2-3 hours for the next bus). Menaggio is good accessible by bus, but from the Switzerland (Lugano, Gandria) transport is tricky and complicated.

Positive: Everything!!! It was amazing! The host is very very sweet and she was available all the time. It was clean, cozy, spacious, we really love it there! The apartment has all the facilities as well! This was the best decision, very comfortable after a long day of visiting around. And also it’s very close to the Como Lake!! For sure we’re gonna come back to our dearest Anna as soon as possible and we hope we’re gonna meet her in person as well! 🇮🇹❤️

Negative: WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERY PIECE OF IT!

Positive: The apartment was very clean and the location is great. The apartment has everything you need (oven, fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer, straightener and iron). The communication with Anna was very smooth, she is super kind and helpful. I can highly recommend this accommodation!
