Summary: Would have been a 5 star review, if not for the reduced levels of service and facilities due to the hotel closing for the end of season. As we paid full price, we should have received the same service as any other guest throughout the year. This is not the Ikos we have experienced in the past. The hotel had very few guest, in contract to high season so they should not be running out of towels, crips, ice creams, drinks etc daily. It felt like staff had shut off, because the end of season was approaching. The hotel is lovely and the facilities (if available) and great.
