Positive: Bathroom and toilets were great, bedrooms fine, great location, clean

Negative: Lack of basic things in the kitchen. No cloths, brush or sponge for doing dishes, no bags for the garbage can etc. The wi-fi name stated could not be found on any phones, we found a different name and password eventually on the router. Tv was not set up, we ended up connecting and rebooting everything ourselves to be able to see anything.

Positive: We felt like locals for a couple of days it was very spacious apartment. We had an issue with the first apartment they gave us but the receptionist took a cab over to us brought us keys to a new place in less than 15 minutes from letting him know what was wrong. The apartment was in like a little corner and you felt like you had the entire floor just for yourself it was very nice kids enjoy the stay.

Positive: The apartment is nice overall, clean, good sized, proper hot water, etc. Taxi driver related to the apartments was very nice.

Negative: The apartment itself was good, but we had a serious privacy issue. The day before we checked out, an agent of the property entered our apartment without coordinating with us first, stating the reason was to upgrade the Wi-Fi. We had personal items and electronics inside. While the property owners are stating that they have a policy allowing them access, they admitted this entry occurred without 'proper coordination.' This unauthorized entry was deeply unsettling and compromised our sense of security.

Summary: Lovely apartment, but be ready to find someone in your apartment (because they reserve the right).

Positive: Checking in was pretty easy - which was truly appreciated at 2am and after having flight delayed for nearly 3 hours!

Negative: Clean and Comfortable Apartment with Minor Drawbacks The apartment was lovely—clean and well-maintained. We were two couples; one had a dedicated bedroom, while the other used the sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area. Unfortunately, we were under the impression that there were two separate bedrooms, so having someone sleep in the shared space limited access to the kitchen. We were fortunate that our taxi driver waited for us at 2am, as collecting the keys from a distant location at that hour would have been problematic. A keybox on-site would have made things much easier. Checkout was straightforward—we were advised to leave the keys inside, which worked well. I’d consider staying here again if travelling with my wife or with one other person, but it’s less ideal for two couples. Kitchen floor tiles need to be maintained.
