Beautifully presented peaceful three bedroom detached holiday home located next to Snowdonia National Park.
Perfect location for exploring and visiting the many attractions of Snowdonia and North Wales.
Overlooking River Conwy, the property benefits from breath taking views of the mountainous Welsh countryside.
With off street parking for 2 cars, the house is perfect for families and is pet friendly too.
The home is well equipped for your holiday including, central heating, Wi-Fi, bedding and towels, kitchen utensils and equipment.
The downstairs area consists of a large modern kitchen with underfloor heating and small breakfast bar, a spacious homely living room with large TV including a full SKY Q package which includes Sky Sports & Sky Cinema and PlayStation 3, leading to a dining conservatory where you can gain access to the stunning landscaped garden with decking and seating areas over the River Conwy. Also downstairs there is a separate WC and utility area with combi washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs there is a large bathroom with bath, WC and separate shower. The bathroom also benefits from a TV!
All bedrooms are upstairs and include:

Summary: Stunning property, very homely. My grandchildren spent hours with the binoculars looking at the different wildlife from the decking. Everything you need is provided for comfort and entertainment. Conwy town was lovely and visited the beach. I recommend the little food shop and cafe just down the road. The pub was just over the bridge but was a little disappointed with the service and food to be honest. Overall a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend.

Summary: This was our first visit to the UK and Wales. The house was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The view out back was just stunning. We enjoyed time spent in the sunroom as well as outdoors since the weather was sunny and warm. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen along with the books and games. The location was perfect. We enjoyed our visit to Bodnant gardens. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Summary: Stunning house and gardens, we were walking parts of the Pilgrims way so perfect place for us, dogs had a good few zoomies in garden. Had a meal at local hotel was fabulous. Everything we needed for our lovely short stay would highly recommend it

Summary: Pros: Great house fully equipped. Found the sofas really comfy so all 6 of us could enjoy chilling in the evening so massive TV. AMAZING view esp from main bedroom. Powerful shower / roomy bathroom. Parking for 2 cars. Location perfect for us and not far from all the Zipworlds! Cons: My 5ft 10iin 14 year (and the 12 year old) old found the single beds on the small side as they were up against the walls. Radiator in main bedroom was very noisy but we like it cool in the room so just turned it off. Even with cons we would def stay again.
