Summary: We had quick response when there was an electrical issue. Management stayed in touch until it was resolved. Ended up being a breaker issue and the electrician had it resolved next day. We were not inconvenienced at all. We thought it was a very cute property and would definitely stay again.

Summary: First off, we loved the house, location, and amenities. The whole neighborhood was an historic mill village a long time ago, and it all felt so cozy. The updates throughout the house were done so well, and everything felt very clean. Honestly, there was not a single downside we could find! It's also close to everything, as it's right downtown. The check-in process was less-than-stellar. We didn't get the unlock code, so we had to chase after the agent overseeing the property with calls and texts. But they responded around 4:30, so that was just a blip in an otherwise perfect stay!

Summary: Lovely house, well kept, clean, with most all amenities you'll need. Check in/entrance was a breeze, and any questions we had were quickly asked. Would definitely recommend. Beds were more on the firm side, and linens are microfiber, so not my preference, but still made do. For synthetic chemical sensitive people, this house was a dream! No smelly toxic air-fresheners, and it simply smelled clean/new. What a lovely place to stay. Thank you!
