Summary: The place was pretty good — the condo was totally comfortable. We reserved it through Vrbo, and the listing mentioned access to the water park. However, it didn’t state clearly that we would have to pay separately for it. It doesn’t make much sense to stay at the resort and not have free access to the water park.Also, we had an issue with the door code — we had to try more than five times before it finally worked.

Summary: This is the 2nd time using the Vrbo here and I recommend over the hotel rooms. We are comfortable here and there is plenty of room. Even for the quick 2 night stay I prefer this.

Summary: Property was as described. Property was clean and very well supplied. It is very comfortable for two couples. Only negative is the toaster needs to be replaced as it didn’t work properly. A Keurig type coffee maker would also be a nice addition. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: A very nice condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Added bonuses included were two fireplaces and a hot tub! Very clean and neat! Close to all activities. Definitely would stay here again!

Summary: The condo is as shown. Some areas could use some updating or repair. Initial communication with host, especially via the VRBO site, was delayed or nonexistent, but once texting was available they were more responsive. If you are staying, you may want to bring bedding. Master bedroom had only a sheet and a coverlet similar to the sheet. Other than sheets, there was no bedding for the pullout couch either. Which may be fine in summer, but not early spring. All in all, it was the average stay at Chula Vista and good for the price.
