Holiday house for rent in the south-west of Madrid ideal for groups or families. It has two floors and a fenced and independent plot of 1500 mtrs. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, upstairs there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath. The heating is by diesel. Outside you will find the pool (only enabled in the summer months), several terraces one of them roofed, garden, and barbecue. There is space to park five cars inside the property, two of them inside the garage.
I admit pets but with an extra cost of € 35 for cleaning.

Summary: My friends and I booked the villa with the intention of relaxing and recharging for a few days with no real itinerary before heading off on a motorcycle tour. On arrival our disappointment was obvious to our very pleasant host when she explained that the pool was only filled and usable in the ' summer months'. So we spent three days relaxing in plus 25 degree sunshine next to an empty pool. This was compounded by the beautiful fully up and running pool in the villa next door. It does state in the villa description that the pool is only available in the summer months however to a British potential client it was felt that this was very misleading and pointed out to the owner. My friends and I felt that the villa and its contents were tired and in need of a thourough makeover. An information pack including all the usual information regarding the villas facilities, local amenities and surrounding leisure activities would have been useful and was suggested to the owner on departure. All in all, great location and great villa spoiled by the afore mentioned dissapointments that in our case promoted us moving on rather than staying a few extra days.
