With its own waterfront access and in close proximity to beautiful beaches, this is the ideal getaway for a relaxing break or as a base for business-related travel.
The property is adjacent to the local Dolphin Sanctuary and dolphins can occasionally be seen from the house, as well as a variety of seabirds. The 30km bike/hike Coastal Trail (that runs from Outer Harbour all the way to Seacliff) is at the end of the road.
The lively and attractive hub of Semaphore is a short distance down the road, with a wide range of shops and other amenities. There are several supermarkets locally, and the large West Lakes Mall shopping complex about 10 minutes' drive away.

Summary: The property itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the views are amazing. The area was nice and quiet which was perfect for the family and just a short drive to multiple beaches. All for a very reasonable price.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed the place, really great views and very quiet neighbourhood. also was a bonus to have the aircon work really well on the crazy hot weather. only criticism is the aircon unit outside makes the outside room very hot so it was not possible to use that room in the summer if the aircon is on. the neighbours next door were also friendly and helpful, even giving us a heads up that there is a local brown snake lingering around and told us to watch out. thankfully there were no dramas. Thanks again maria!

Summary: This place was great ! it was very tidy and clean, the area was nice and peaceful and taking in the view of the boats and ships was great, not to mention the amazing sunsets you get to see whilst sitting in the backyard. Plenty of space in this double story townhouse with a fantasic and very comfortable king size bed. I had a great stay there and would highly reccomend it. I'll definitely be heading back to stay !

Summary: The unit was in a great location, had marina and water views , was close to amenities and a short walk to the beach as well. The double carport was great as we had somewhere to put the trailer. Thanks for the great stay.
