Completely renovated, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with all new furnishings and pool. Fully furnished, non smoking, dog friendly (pet fee required), 1300 sq ft pool home located in a family neighborhood. This home sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, queen size guest room, and 4 single bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom, where you will always find fresh, clean linens upon your arrival, has its own smart TV and window treatments for privacy. Both the master and queen bedroom are full of natural light coming through the french doors that lead out to the back patio/pool area. The master bath has a double vanity and walk in shower, while the guest bath has a single vanity with a shower/bath combo. Spending time together will not be a problem in the spacious living area adjacent to the dining area and kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. French doors lead out to the inviting back patio with a white light strung outdoor eating area. Full size washer and dryer are available in the 2 car garage. Property is dog friendly with a $150 pet fee per dog. There is a $30 fee per guest per night for guests over 4. Port Orange provides easy access to Daytona Speedway, white sandy beaches, New Smyrna Beach eclectic shopping and Orlando attractions. Within minutes from the house is Publix Grocery, WalMart, Target, Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Regal Movie Theater and other delicious dining. Just over the bridge you will find seafood dining on the water at Deck Down Under, Down the Hatch, Off the Hook at Inlet Harbor and Hidden Treasure. Whether a family vacation, Bike Week trip with friends, long term or executive rental, this home is sure to provide you with everything you need in a central location making it easy for any activity. Summary: The home was perfect for our weekend trip to Florida for my daughter's wedding. The location was ideal, the home was very clean and the outdoor area with the pool was a great area for our family to hangout during down times. I would highly recommend this home if you need a place in the area.

Summary: We rent a lot of homes and if this sounds too good to be true, it isn’t! It was perfect for us! Hubby and I, my folks, and 2 dogs. The yard was great with the enclosed fence. The neighbors were quiet. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked nice and clean. We went to New Smyrna Beach about 15 mins away. We felt safe in the area and lots of stores, restaurants, and parks to chose from. Close to Disney and Orlando airport. The kids room is adorable and my daughter and her friend got to spend a couple of nights with us. The owners were great and quick to respond when we had questions or had a slow ro drain tub. Problem was fixed immediately. We appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs available to us. Definitely added to our favorites! Thanks so much!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable inside and out. There was plenty of private, sunny space to get our daily dose of Vitamin D. The open design of kitchen, dining, and living rooms were just perfect for us. Every bit of the property was squeaky clean and the kitchen was very well stocked for casual meal prep. The big screen, smart TVs in the living and master bedroom were just what we needed. Master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and nice large in-suite bath with large shower. Again perfect! Couldn't ask for a better location with beaches, speedway, restaurants, and adventures within easy drives of 10 minutes or less. We will be looking forward to staying here again!
