Positive: spacious home, well equipped to cook, great gathering place for relatives, location near wedding venue was great, hot tub was ready for use and enjoyed, large TVs up and entertainment room downstairs , hot water was plentiful, clothes washing worked well, dishwasher very good, many pots and pans are stainless steel.. but not cleaned adequately due to no adequate scrubbers , adequate paper products are stocked, some spices and oils provided

Negative: directions to check in are sent within 30 minutes of check in: you won't have cell service here to read them upon arrival; hopefully your device downloads them wifi is very slow ..due to remote service via cableless signal. download speeds of 8 MPS, upload under 1 MPS. any teenage gamers will not be happy.. also multiple laptops to work is not productive . house heating did not run except for first night for about 1 hr. basement was 62f for our stay, upstairs was 67 to 73 due to cooking. property manager contacted and unable to solve problem or offer compensation. the email they provided for details had DNS errors to prevent communication. upper areas of house are Dusty, one bathroom ceiling growing mildew. bathrooms lack hooks or adequate towel racks, kitchen dishes are Melamine from China .so not safe for microwave use. almost all cook utinsels are plastic, many pans non stick type, much fire wood was staged on deck, but property managers didn't know about it

Positive: We liked the layout of the house…..bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and family room. We loved how the kitchen, dining, and family room were one big room. Very easy to have conversations and feeling connected. The kitchen was easy to have several people cooking together, and we had plenty of dishes and cooking ware. The washer and dryer were very nice and clean. The house overall was modern, clean, and well cared for. Plenty of parking.

Negative: The first morning we had no coffee filters, but received some that same day. My husband thought the hot tub needed some cleaning. Two of the garbage cans were full and the third one had garbage in it as well. 2 of the dining room chairs were very wobbly. It would be nice if the back downstairs bedroom had a bench like the front bedroom. I believe the website said there were hair dryers but we didn't find any.

Summary: Beautiful modern comfortable home for a family.
