Summary: This is perfect house in a gorgeous wooded area. We had such great long weekend with our family. And it was big enough to sleep us all!

Summary: Suggestions: Put physical address on ad. We would not have stayed here if we knew a 30 minute drive was ahead of us to go to places. Add a chest of drawers to upstairs bedroom. Add side tables to living room. Fix driveway. We scraped bottom of car every time. Clean up construction materials. Especially bathtub that holds water for mosquitoes to breed. Add light to garage so guests can see at night. Amenities show 2 king bed. Only 1. Add blinds to bedrooms. Need corkscrew too. Overall clean place to stay in the mountains. Wind chimes were a nice touch too.

Summary: Overall it was a great place. It was the perfect size for our group of 5, perfect central location for everywhere we visited, loved the area tucked back in the trees, we loved eating on the back porch. However, on the negative side, it was not clean when we arrived, the stairs inside are very narrow and we all fell down them at various times, there is no can outside to put trash in so it built up in the house to smell the whole week.

Summary: Perfect location between visiting grandson and bringing our deceased son back to the mountains. Only problem, we could not receive or send calls via cell phone. House itself was terrific 😁😁😁😁

Summary: Beautiful mountain home! great location..2 miles to the ski area and 20 minutes to downtown Evergreen..lots of shops and restaurants and walking around the lake. Also close to Mt Evans and Echo Lake and walking and views! Home is exactly like the pictures!

Summary: This was the perfect place for our pastors’ retreat. Quiet and beautifully nestled in the mountains of Colorado. Super clean, and Comfortable. Woke up to nature’s beauty with the large bedroom windows. Love the kitchen! Easy to find right off the main road. Joel was super responsive!
