Positive: The design, layout, facilities and views were exceptional. It was such a pleasure to stay there and being slightly secluded added to the positive experience. There were a couple of staff on hand in case we needed anything and they were always helpful and attentive. The villa was cleaned every day which was an added bonus.

Negative: Whilst we were absolutely fine with it, getting to the property meant driving up and down some very steep roads but only for short distances. The views from the villa more than compensated for the journey to and from it. One of the air conditioning wasn’t working and it took three days to fix it. However, that didn’t detract from our experience staying at the villa.

Summary: A truly exceptional and breath taking villa in a beautiful setting with everything you would need.

Positive: The property was stunning, clean, beautiful views.

Negative: Unfortunately, there electricity bill for our 5 night stay ended up really high, over 5000 BTH. There are a lot of gaps in between the large glass panels which means the cooling of the property using air conditioning is not as efficient. Having said that, if you know the additional cost etc, there is nothing else I can fault.

Positive: Everything was super nice, clean and the staff was verry friendly and made good food on request.

Negative: If i have to write something it would be that not every taxi/grab driver want to drive all the way to the villa because of the steep hils. But what do you expect when living in a villa in the mountains.

Positive: Very clean, excellent communication. Exactly as advertised. Secluded and quiet.

Negative: The steep hill meant that not all taxis could access the property, but if ordered through the agent a 4x4 was always possible.
