Positive: I found the room to be fine. It was nice and clean. The bed was nice and firm.

Negative: The entire hotel was in scaffolding. Elevator was out of order. And the stairs I had to take just gave off a messy and dusty feeling. Felt a bit as if i was walking through a construction area.

Negative: The hotel was in construction (I wasn't told prior) and the elevator wasn't working. The price I paid was to high for the quality. Overall, it wasn't the quality I was expecting, I've stayed in an Ibis Budget before and this one wasn't budget friendly.

Positive: This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff was superb; incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great; much more variety than I expected and was a great way to energize for my day. Location is good and easily commutable; but it is really the staff and the services offered at the hotel which single it out as a great place to stay.
