Positive: Everyone was so helpful and happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Bed comfortable, the room was big, the shower was good, and the coffee was supplied. Pool was clean.

Negative: There was traffic noise but after 23-00 it went quiet. The pool was cool but once in I didn't notice.
