Negative: The room was cold, but we were given an electric heater that warmed it up a bit. Although we informed them that we were three people—two adults and one child—the sofa bed did not have a duvet or a pillow. The shower was clogged, and some items were outdated or broken. Considering what we received, the price was quite high.
