Positive: Everything was well worth it. •Good and quiet location, a little further away from the center but with a bus station right outside •Warm and spacey rooms, clean and comfortable •Nice breakfast (could be just a little more different each day) •Friendly stuff ready to help •Room service was per request and it worked perfectly with us and our schedule

Positive: Great sized room with comfy beds and a lovely shower. Beautiful lobby, great food, and very helpful staff available 24/7 — early morning check-in was no problem. Not walkable to the centre in winter, but direct trams take under 10 minutes, which we used throughout our trip. Corner shop also nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Negative: There were some noisy guests on our third night, but after speaking to the front desk we were moved to another floor immediately and had no further issues. We visited over New Years, so some noise was to be expected.

Positive: Staff was friendly and always happy to aswer our questions. very polite. i loved the coffee station in our hallway. room clean and modern and super yummie breakfast.

Negative: the room could have been a bit bigger and the breakfast was not cheap but at least we enjoyed the overall experience!

Positive: Very kind helpful staff, because there is always some one available it feels like home

Negative: The bed in the room wasn't comfortable and we would appreciate a fridge in the room too, also the lighting was pretty poor there was only one small window so we used the light a lot but the lights in the room were bad
