Summary: Not coming back. Broken toilet seat, cracked basin. Mouldy shower grout. Just didn’t feel clean

Summary: Have stayed at the Ibis on three occassions. It's clean, comfortable and conveniently located. On one occassion the room was very small and cramped. Room heaters are the hot water type, and gave problems on two occassions (and as I only returned to the room at night, this could not be addressed until the next day, and as no portable heaters were available, it was a cold and uncomfortable stay). Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices varied considerably depending on demand and often doesn't represent value for money.

Summary: Very disappointed that they confirmed availability of 2 x 1 bedroom apartments but on arrival it was fully booked. Rather than the booked apartment we were provided with a terrible 2 bedroom room which we think may have been a hostel room. Ended up with a very small studio instead.

Summary: Thansk for the stay - I would rate it ok I would return, however the parking could be made easier. Parking is free after 4:30 pm but not prior , so when I arrived at 2:30 I paid on the street for a few hours, but as I had to work - in the evening by the time I returned the reception was closed and therefore I could get into the parking for the duration of my stay. I don’t recall the listing but the walls are also not soundproof. The location was perfect and it was a comfortable bed for my 1 night stay.

Summary: Comfortable bed, clean room. Easy access to various facilities and shops in centre of town. The only thing that I was surprised with (but not a deal breaker) is not a toaster in the room. It would have been helpful but there was one available in the communal room so I coped

Summary: It was very central located, parked right out the front for whole stay and car was safe. Bed was comfy shower, was great. The staff were friendly I checked in after reception was closed and using the phone in the lobby made instant contact with staff who came to reception immeadiealty. I was happy there was crockery in the room as i got take away for dinner. the room was clean and I slept sound was there on a Friday night. I would stay again.
