Negative: No off street parking. Needs a new dinner set as there was only 3 dinner plates, 3 coffee mugs and no side plates.

Summary: We enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again.

Positive: Great central location. Spacious rooms. Amenities provided such as wifi, washing machines, dryer, ironing board, iron, bathroom heater etc, very helpful. Heat pump is a beast.

Negative: Beds a little hard, maybe mattress toppers? Some aspects out of control of host like crossing signal noise and aircon noise from outside (otherwise very quiet), and the musty “heritage building” smell, but you do get used to it.

Summary: Spacious apartment in great central location well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Positive: Convenient location in Invercargill. Very clean and newly remodeled. Nicely stocked kitchen. Washer & Dryer.

Negative: We were only there one night. Could have stayed longer. Stairs from street entrance up to apt make it difficult if you have lots of luggage.
