Summary: The staff were great, and the lounge area was really good. Parking was excellent. The room was clean and had a great shower, but the bed was incredibly hard, very thin, and extremely hard mattress with a thin topper, the pillows were very poor quality, and the TV channels were hard to navigate.

Summary: Clean rooms, but whole place needs an update. Also terrible breakfast experience. over £30 for 3 people for there to be hardly any food out (both hot and cold), complete waste of money.

Summary: Room was lovely and the staff at check in were really polite and super helpful. My only complaint about my stay was breakfast. The staff who greeted you was very blunt and honestly looked like she had something better to do.. The breakfast itself was awful.. The bacon was undercooked and they only offered scrambled eggs which were under a warmer so the condensation from the heat was dripping into the eggs and they needed to be squeezed in order to be edible. I will be staying at this hotel again but probably go next door to Toby carvery for my breakfast next time..
