Negative: Front office staff (Naffiza) who charged us extra on our card and lacked ownership and said she did not know how to refund it back to us.

Positive: I really loved the hotel even though I stayed for two days. If you have a car it's perfect because within 15min you are in Amsterdam and also in the hotel there is space to park your car.

Negative: I would like it if the breakfast had few more options. It wasn't bad but it was limited.

Positive: The staff were friendly, everything was clean and tidy 🙂 Initially, unfortunately, we got a very cold room, but once we informed the receptionist, they immediately gave us another room at no extra charge, and everything there was perfect! They also gave us a voucher for a free drink ☺️ I recommend this place 🤩

Negative: The only downside was that there was no fridge, but since this was already stated on the website, it wasn’t a problem 🤓
