Summary: Expensive for the quality….

Summary: Property is nice and modern, however the room was dirty - lots of cobwebs outside, lots of cigarette butts too. Table tops were dirty and had to get cleaner to re wipe. Some of the towels were dirty and the tea bags provided looked very old. Hairdryers in the bathroom didn't work and had to ask front desk for a handheld. Staff were well presented, but rather snooty and rude. Disappointing for 4 star hotel.

Summary: Nice hotel with service minded staff. But the hotel needs maintenance. The bed in our room was scratched and the wallpaper was loose several places.
