Positive: Everything was great. The location was really good in Oarzazate, the room was clean, and quiet. You can use the pool anytime of the day. They have european breakfast. And the staff is really nice too.

Negative: The shower was a little weird since the water comes out of it to the floor very easily. My door room and almost all of them have a problem with the card's to open it. It was a little annoying to open the door, some eletric problem was going on.

Positive: The location is great, and the place is well maintained. We had a very good experience with the front desk staff, but less good with the restaurant staff.

Negative: The restaurant is a place to avoid. It's expensive and on what we ordered, almost nothing was fresh appart from the salad.
