Positive: Comfortable. Convenient. Parking. Able to get food & drink. Dog friendly 👌 Good price- value for money 👌

Negative: Location, bit tricky for walking out anywhere local. Although we didn’t venture out on foot. Doesn’t really matter for short stays. We drove into Madrid, about 15-20 mins.
