Positive: This was an OK hotel. Usually we book Air B and B for our colleagues so they have the flexiblity of cooking for themselves and not being disturbed by hotel activity but this exceeded our expectations. Fair price, not great but OK

Negative: Food was expensive. Noisy and banging doors all night.

Positive: Very tasteless, the first room they gave us was tacky and smelly, the rug in the room had dirty spots and we saw animal furs on the rug, the bathroom was smelly , we had to go to the reception to change the room to the other wing.

Negative: The cleaning staffs are lazy, we had to go to the reception to report several times of them not cleaning and not changing bedding’s after two days use.

Summary: I have stayed in this hotel in the past and the service was good, but this recent Christmas holiday that I used two week

Positive: Room very good size and quiet considering we could the vehicles on the M25. Bed comfortable

Negative: Bottom sheet had a hole in, room looking tired in places, no waste bin by kettle, shower door made god awful noise when opening and closing.
